This warranty only covers Manufacturer Defects. It covers defects in materials and workmanship and comes with exceptions which are listed below.
This warranty runs for 1 (one) year after purchase of the device.
VNTS does not warrant that the use of its hardware product will be without errors. Users are advised to follow the instructions in the USER MANUAL that come with the product. User Warranty does not include physical damage or expendable or consumable parts. VNTS will not accept products whose serial numbers have been removed or those which have been damaged in the following ways: Acts of God; Broken, Cracked or Lost in transit; As a result of insufficient or excess voltage above or below the range stated in the user manual, caused by erratic power supply; Accident; Any Liquid; Misuse (usage outside the instructions stated in the user manual); Inadequate Maintenance; Unauthorized Configuration or Calibration; Usage with unauthorized partners; Improper support or parts installation by unauthorized partners, Improper environmental conditions or Unauthorized modification of Firmware.
What we will do:
VNTS will repair any device that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship at no cost. In the event that repair is not possible, VNTS will at its discretion either replace your device with a new device of similar composition and price or refund the full purchase price of your device. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty will be your sole and exclusive remedy and VNTS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product. The above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. VNTS reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option.
